Rudraksha derived from Sanskrit word’ “RUDRA” means Lord Shiva “AKSHA” means Tears Drops of Lord Shiva.
Rudraksha is seed, traditionally used for prayer beads in Hinduism. Rudraksha is an organic gem material, Rudraksha seed is produces by several species of large evergreen board leaved tree, i.e. Elaeocarpus Ganitrus. Natural occurring grooves, start from natural vertical or horizontal stalk point and reaching the opposite point, are termed as “MUKHIS” or “FACES”. Rudraksha are trade in the industries according to their grooves present naturally on the beads. The 1 Mukhi rudraksha is one of the rarest types whereas 5 Mukhi rudraksha are most commonly used, and which comes up to 21 Mukhi rudraksha.
